Job Summary:

This position is for an experienced Software Testing Manager. The person will be responsible for ensuring that applications and products are tested and delivered in compliance with customer requirements and all standards and expectations are in conformance with the system development life cycle process.

Experience:

Must have minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Software Testing Manager

Must have additional 4 years of experience working as a Software Tester

Combined experience in Software Testing must be at least 9 years

Knowledge:

Required Health Care industry experience

Must have experience creating comprehensive testing strategy by reviewing business and technical requirements

Must have experience working on complex corporate systems

Must have excellent project management skill

Must have excellent risk management skill

Must have experience forecasting and tracking testing budget

Knowledge of Provider Networks and Provider Pricing is preferred

Must have hands-on knowledge of Quality Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Defect Management practices

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Excellent technical knowledge

Proven ability work in an extremely faced paced agile environment

The ability to unbundle issues and formulate recommendations clearly, attention to details, technical horsepower, strong technical problem solving, and critical thinking are required skills

Experience working with off shore resources

Practical hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project 

Supervise 5 onshore and 30+ offshore consultants

Review deliverables for onshore/offshore team to ensure they meet the highest quality

Utilize automation tools/scripts to achieve efficiencies for repeatable tasks

Total project ownership
